iNUA #7: Mobility as a Service (MaaS)

Let’s focus on Mobility as a Service (MaaS). MaaS is the integration of various forms of transport services into a single mobility service accessible on demand. The paper presents the advantages of creating a MaaS ecosystem and the steps necessary to do so. Focussing especially on the role of municipalities as enablers, key issues are presented on how to how to best integrate new mobility services within a municipal transportation system.
